HELP! Everytime I logon, my Emoticons Palette is blank. I've tried importing (*.xml & *.zip files) and get the message "Unable to load palette". I've also removed the program and reinstalled it... still no palette. Others I chat with don't seem to have this problem... what am I doing wrong?
